👪 For parents

Your child’s project records, in one place they won’t lose.

Free to use, no ads, and nothing for you to install. Here’s what it does and how their information is handled.

Will this help my kid?

Record books get filled in through the season instead of the week before the fair
Daily care, feed, weigh-ins and expenses are logged from a phone, in the barn
Photos and weights build a record of progress they can actually show a judge
Expense and feed tracking is real bookkeeping practice, not busywork
Nothing is lost if a notebook gets rained on or left in a truck

It won't do the work for them. It makes the work they do easier to keep.

Is their information safe?

We do not sell data and we do not show ads. There is no advertising business here
Project records are private by default; sharing anything publicly is a deliberate choice
Your child owns their records and can export them at any time
Deleting the account removes their data

If your child is under 13, please set the account up in your own name and supervise its use. Read the privacy policy for exactly what is collected, and ask us anything it doesn't answer.

What do I have to do?

Nothing to install. It runs in a phone or computer browser
No payment details, ever, to use it
Help them create the account, then let them run it
Ask to see their records before the fair. Everything is in one place

What does it cost?

Nothing. Students use every feature free, permanently: not a trial, and not a free tier that runs out at the worst moment. Goatie is funded by donations and by paid accounts for commercial operations, so families are never the revenue source.

If you'd like to help keep it that way for other families, donations are welcome and never required. More on who builds Goatie and how it's funded.

Goatie is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National FFA Organization or 4-H. Records are member-entered unless verified by a connected advisor, veterinarian, auction, or registry. Automated features are decision support only and do not replace professional veterinary advice.
